Extraction software rebuttal

Ok so since my topic was closed, I thought I would at least try and defend myself before you throw me to the dogs. I've always wondered what it would feel like to be crucified at the stake. It's not pretty. First off, thanks for the lambasting, and all that constructive input. I run a small letting ...

Email address extraction software

Hi guys. Been a while since I was last seen around here. I need some help though please. I'm trying to leech email addresses from Outlook for a monthly newsletter. I've found one or two programs to do the job, but they seem dodgy, and i'm also not keen to splash out $30 on software i've never heard ...

Anybody know where these cards are available around the Durban area? I'm trying to upgrade from an Audigy 2 and nobody seems to stock them except e-tailers.

Only problem I had with this game is the repetition. The tasks remain the same throughout, just gradually adding more enemies.

Not really contributing to anything, but still cool nonetheless.

Nah, theres a far better car on the market, light years ahead in the looks department too if you ask me. Its called the Aerial Atom. Jeremy Clarkson took this thing out for a spin and says its more fun to drive than anything else he could think of. At top speed it looked like his skin was going to f...

Yeh, they pop-up all the time regardless. I've never really thought of using another browser. The problem will still be there though. Just tested it now and the popups still appear even when all my IE windows are closed.

Annoying pop-ups

I've tried everything from SpyBot, Adaware, AVG pro, NOD32, various popup killers, and nothing seems to have resolved my problem. I have these annoying popups all the time, and its only when I open IE. I'm running Win2000, and somewhere along the line I must have installed something dubious, and now...

Oh the Wii aint so cheap, believe me. When you have to buy the extra controllers, or the cables, plus batteries since theres no rechargeables, its no cheaper than the 360.

Am I the only one having issues with the New Nvidia beta drivers? Everytime I install version 169, it can't detect my native screen res, 1360 x 768. It only gives me resolutions in the 4:3 aspect ratio and not 16:9. Anyone know of a fix for this?

I know Esquire sell them, so you'd need to find a retailer that buys from them. They generally go for about R1500, for one with a 7" LCD screen. It plays movie clips with sound, pictures, and has an sd slot. I'm also thinking of buying one. Check out www.thinkgeek.com They've also got, but are ...

Did anyone have a problem with the latest Nvidia drivers and widescreen support in Vista? I had to uninstall since it messed with my screen settings, and everything looked stretched. So alas, I can't tell if the drivers made a difference for the demo.

I'm running it on a core 2, 2.6, with 2gig DDR2 800, and a GTS 640meg. All the settings on high, and 8 x antialising, and the game games running smoothly. 1360 x 768 res though so maybe thats got something to do with it. Only time I really see lag is when theres plenty of gunfire onscreen at once, o...

Not sure how much the 360 version is but its probably in the region of about R600. So you pay the extra so you don't have to wait like the guys with the PC versions and their Steam

You have to actually see the game in action to appreciate the little details. Especially when zooming in from the overhead map down to your troops. You can see all the finer details, yet the game holds its framerate, even with all the action onscreen. I was pretty impressed with that.
