Done a little assembling, finalized all cables, except the small little heatpipe fan. Will do that later, as I will probably run it from Vapo chillcontrol unit...so, for now cabling is complete. Struggled a little with gfx-power cables, those 6-pin ones, but, they look better than stock. Let me know...

Tidied up the ATX main cable this morning, had to force the blue shrink-tubing litterally over the ATX plug, but, it doesn't look to bad, better than the bare cables I think. I don't really want to remove the plug, it is to tedious a job for what I am trying to accomplish here. http://img.photobucke...

Ok, here is a chronoligical update of what I have beebn doing the last 2 days - wiring. Let me know what you think so far. As the system stands now, it is running, 2x BFG 7800GTX OC's in SLI, 2x Western Digital Raptors in Raid0, with asetek waterblocks fittes. Rad sits in top of case, immediately in...

Hello,
See this photo of how I fit my 2x BFG 7800GTX OC's, a VapoLS and 2x WD Raptor 74gig's in a small Lian-Li PC65USB case ;)

With enough patience, almost anything is possible.

Enjoy.

Hey Guys, Ok, after carefully looking at all the pros and cons between the A8N32-SLI and the A8N-Premium, if I had to buy again I will buy the premium. Why? Well, nVidia have been shady/scaly/not-too-honest when pushing the 32/SLI chipset. To enable full 2x16 mode when running SLI mode, they had to ...

Tygon is the best. You can use clearflex, but it will go opaque eventually. It is not as flexible as Tygon either, which is my main problem with normal tubing. But, it can be used. And you can get a reservoir from Arthur. Asetek ones are fine, they will accept standard fittings as well, just unscrew...

Now how can it void your warranty? Maybe some sleazy resellers will try and sell you this bs, how will Intel/AMD even determine what you have used or not? Just interested......give me an answer. I have been dealing with computers for many years, and never had a problem with any major suppliers with ...

Yes. 1/2" all through.

Naughty's advice is excellent, no prob there.

If I were you, I'd just blank the 2nd inlet on the reservoir with a 1/4" plug. Easiest, and would clean up your waterloop.

Tubing only. Quite a while back.

Your shipping depends on quanties, and total weight of components ordered. You are taking quite a few things, so the shipping is fair.

I paid arounf US $75- for 2 Maze4 blocks, 1 DD5 pump, and something else I can't remember.

Leave peltiers be. You need loads of power, very good insulation, lots of luck, and money, as you will need to buy the biggest pelts available, around 277W units.......

Go water. Easy. Clean. No fuss. No mess.

Your cheapest option would be Fedex Economy. Unless you have a friend in the US, who can send it via Air Parcel Post.

Otherwise you have to pay for the shipping. It is not always cheap if you want quality components.

Mmmm...the best I got out of my card that time, although a 6800Ultra, was 15780 , with Gpu 489mHz, and memory 1360mHz. They are indicated wrong in the Compare URL, a bug with nVidia drivers when overclocking to the limits. That was done with Intel Powa! 3.4EE running at 4.13gig under VapoLS, and GFX...

Ceramique is easier to apply, don't contain any conductives, and is very close to AS5 in performance. I use it with Vapo phase-change, where it outperforms AS5 by a fair margin, so it is more out of habit that I say ceramique over AS5. Anyone of the 2 would be excellent, but the guy needs a better c...

be smart, replace the water with cooking oil, oil cooling is much better than water cooling, you'll need a strong pump though
This is bs, soz mate.

Very few, if anything, have the latent heat absorption capacity of water. Not alcohol, not oil, only water ;)

Go on, try it out yourself and see.

If your system will use 1/2" tubing, then yes, select 1/4" NPT thread by 1/2" fittings and y-collector.

If you use 3/8" select the 3/8" versions.

edit: Get the Coolwave rad from Arthur. It is an excellent performer, beats the BIX-series, and for that price!.......
