If you are using ISDN connection @ 64k all the time (ISP doesn´t give 128k access) be aware that as of September 1st, u can be paying more than you should. ISDN 2a is required to add a phone while surfing. If you are looking for an isp that cat cater 128k access for cheap, id reccomend absa. I use absa now and my speeds are blistering enough @ round 14k/s. Be aware though that when you connect @ 128k, u pay double 4 phone costs.
