You can use a proxy.Pac file even though you dont have a proxy server.

With that you can specify wild cards.

Let me build you one and test it first.

If will be using the local windows fire wall on the 2 pc's then the users can just allow them selves again. I think you have made your self clear enough :-). But the software, is it TCP or UDP based. Cus if you know which ports you can then just NAT it to the PLC device via your Firewall, same plce where RDP and Teamviewer rules are set Then use the external IP address of your Firewall router , or DYNDNS ...

You are right, but i have an old nokia E60 and Samsung D500, the D500 is older but a fully working phone.
Even the battery is still ok and last longer than the Iphone.
