Re: Creatine, safe or not?

I don't go to a gym, I lift at home. I've been drinking water since Tuesday, and got my brother to massage my neck, it didn't seem to help. BUT last night I focused on my breathing and form and I had little to no headaches, so at least I'm on the right track. I also started using USN Muscle fuel(wit...

Re: Creatine, safe or not?

Hi guys, I'm in need of your help again. I've been exercising ever since I started the thread, and have recently upped my weights since the lighter barbell doesn't do it for me anymore.(lol) I now use two adjustable barbells for most of my exercises. Everything went well, until Sunday. As I did my s...

Monday Night Combat (XBLA)

I just downloaded the demo today. This game is mine at the end of the month! It's pure love! It combines TF2 with Dota with awesome finisher moves and stuff. It's frickin' awesome!

I like playing as the Assault the most. His dash ability is wicked. Anyone else playing it?

Re: Creatine, safe or not?

Okay, so I started working out. It hurts like hell, and I'm hungry ALL THE TIME, so it means I'm doing something right. Now, I'm struggling with eating habits. Some websites claim you need lots of Carbs, while others focus more on protein. I'm lost. I got this diet: Breakfast: 1-2 Scoops of Protein ...

Re: Creatine, safe or not?

I've weighed all my options and decided against it. I'd rather use protein shakes instead.
Thanks for all the advice and keep it coming!

Re: Creatine, safe or not?

Jon boy, that is a very informative post, kudos. Just a few questions though: You're somebody who's just started out and thus you lack power needed to back up the results you could see from creatine [stuff inbetween] Creatine basically makes more ATP available for your muscles to break down into ene...

Creatine, safe or not?

So, after recently realising I'm all skin and bones I decided to start looking into working out. Amongst other things, I looked into the probability of using creatine. I did my research and gathered all my facts. This is what I have: - Creatine is a legal substance with no short term side effects, h...

Re: Game Development

I don't visit this forum enough. You guys should search for "Tornado Twins" on Youtube, they did a tutorial series that really helped me get into Unity3D. I'm currently working on a First Person game in Unity 3D(free version) and I must say that it's quite challenging, which I like. I'll p...

Re: Sharing a flat - Advice?

Well, you're moving in with a good friend, but let me give you and the other forumites here a good tip: NEVER, and I mean NEVER, share a flat with your brother/sister. Everything turns into fights as both parties take the other for granted. f.i The one would say "nah, he's my brother, he wouldn...

Re: Game Development

Unfortunately game development is out of my league. It would be interesting to follow any projects you might be doing though. Well, if you have Facebook, you can follow "Pea My Love". It's not much, but it's my longest project so far. http://www.facebook.com/pages/Pea-My-Love/133857560875...

Game Development

So anyone here into game development? Pro or Hobby, doesn't matter. I'm currently doing some tutorials on XNA 3.0, and I frequently use Game Maker 7. I also fool around in the Blender Game Engine. There's also the occasional fool-around with things like Total Eclipse(2D MMO maker) and a few failed a...

Not 'information', discussion of tools like XNA Studio 3 or even tools like GM7. Anything GameDev basically, this includes games being developed by fellow forumers etc.

Re: New member intros here!!

Thanks for all the welcomes! Being a new member and all, I have a few questions and I don't really know where to post: 1) How do I join an alliance? (see Alliances under some usernames) edit: solved! \o/ 2) Is there a Game Development section? Or is there a Thread about Game Development? 3) Do therm...

Re: New member intros here!!

Hi there, I'm Bonezmann99. I registered in '07, but never really posted. Tonight when I tried to login again, I was told to reset my password by entering my email I used to register. I no longer have that email. FML.

So I chose a shabby new nickname and all. Hello everyone!
