Re: the searh function
Sorry, I don't frequent these forums that much (well, barely). Anyway, are you talking about the actual blue colour that needs to be brighter or the text in the field that can't be read? @Ron2K - If it's the text colouring it would need to be changed on your side, if not, please let me know so we ca...

Re: Sony rolling out new, cheaper PlayStation 3
Well there was 2 Sega CDs. the first had the MD stack on it. The 2nd was for MD2 and was to the side. Seeing that mega drive makes me want to time travel back and grab one so I can play sonic 3 & knuckles like it should be played. No HD, No surround sound. Just a crappy low def tv with pewpew s...

Re: PlayStation3 or Xbox360?
StarPhoenix is spot-on, it's all about the games (and seeing that you're after the secondhand market the 360 offers you an abundance of options). If the games are multi-platform then the next thing you look at is what the hardware offers. I personally prefer the 360 purely because it is superior whe...

Splinter Cell Conviction is looking mightily impressive! Those with 360's should keep your eye on that, one of the better games being released this year.

I'm busy with Final Fantasy VII: Crisis Core (PSP) and GodFather 2 (360). Really enjoying Crisis Core though.

Yes, things do get a bot drawn out. The dreams are what kept me going though. Infinite Undiscovery, I've heard so much mixed response around it all that I never got around to it... Guess I should give it a go.

It did... but it's still weird. Well, one of the most original endings would make more sense.

I'm busy with the 2nd run through at the moment and will most probably start on Pro/Veteran by next week. Can't get enough of the online co-op. Not sure if anyone here have tried Merceneries co-op? Very addictive.

Re: A Good NFS?
IMO the last good NFS title was NFS: Hot Pursuit 2 (on console though). In disliked this whole Underground thing since day once and Project Gotham Racing is the game now that provides me with an endless list of super cars. With EA taking several risks with original IP's these days I'm hoping they mi...

Re: The XBOX 360 Thread
ZeroS, I can relate to your thoughts on where Resi is heading, or rather, has headed after the reease of Resi 4. It is actually not scary anymore. The classic dog jumping through the windows and Licker falling through the ceiling moments are something of the past. Surprisingly I find that Silent Hil...

Re: Resident Evil: Dark Side Chronicles confirmed
I don't think you have to be too concerned about Storyline as these on-rail Resi shooters are in essence just the same old games for those that missed out on the originals on the PS1. Umbrella Chronicles tackled Resi Zero, Resi 1 and Resi 3. They, once again, skipped Resi 2 the black sheep of the fa...

Re: PS3 slowdowns
One thing that keeps happening a lot these days is that the games on ps3 starts slowing down in some situations. Is it because of running at 1080 or is it an inherant problem of the ps3? I dont remember the xbox having this issue. To answer the original question: Running it at 1080 is irrelevant to...

Re: The XBOX 360 Thread
With Star Ocean 4 recently launching in Japan, have a look at how it affected the sales in the land of the Rising Sun... where the 360 never sells. It was the top selling console! Japanese hardware sales, Feb. 16 - Feb. 22 - DSi: 41,839 (down) 11,644 (21.77%) - PSP: 29,552 (down) 4,704 (13.73%) - Xb...
