Still an atheist, but much less of an anti-religious zealot. :D I do get upset when people blindly follow people like Trump though.... Oi, don't automatically tie religion to Trump fanboism! Trust me, there are a whole lot of us non-atheists who really dislike the man. Good on you! It is just a str...

Re: So it's been a LONG time. How have your lives changed?
Not too much has happened until a few years ago. Was still working as manager of a DVD rental franchise that was slowly dying until I was getting R0 to R500 pm for the last 18 months or so of it's existence. I was finally released from it mid last year. Started getting big into online gaming, Battle...

Re: Sidebar
The poll is a little bit slanted though. The question is whether you would join a fresh forum, assuming that the database can't be included. People still prefer for it to come along as far as I can see.

Re: Slow internet - help find the problem
They are actually slowly rolling out 20Mbps and 40Mbps services, but they have to upgrade the exchanges as they go. My local exchange can do almost 20Mbps currently, but is only 10Mbps max atm. Telkom does suck and everybody hates them. Everything they do is to increase profits at the expense of eve...

Re: Slow internet - help find the problem
Wrong. Telkom charges for a 4mb/10mb the same (apparently) and my exchange doesn't do 10mb yet. Already phoned them to downgrade me but the "person" on the other side said no price diff in that. I could downgrade my ISP though. Yes, downgrade your ISP. It is just a waste of money atm. Ple...

Re: Slow internet - help find the problem
I have a 10mb account, on a 4mb line u wot m8 Good question. I had the reverse some time back, which has the benefit of a 1024kbps upload speed, but this way round doesn't make a whole lot of sense. It's not that hard to explain. My telkom billed account is 4-10mb (scaly :P ), my isp is 10mb uncapp...

Re: Sidebar
I suspect that third option will horribly distort the outcome of the poll.
I vote to keep the forum as is for now, with the Sidebar option on the cards when the hammer eventually does fall. OR the axe rather.

Re: The Cricket Thread
haven't seen much good from Hendricks :| 1 for 16 from 3.4 overs in his only outing so far in the tournament. What would it take to impress you?. That was mainly due to Faf's good management of when he was used IMO. In the matches against Australia he was dismal. He might have potential, ...

Re: The Cricket Thread
And England beat Sri Lanka amazingly, which means we have to beat them well to stand a chance. At least they lost to New Zealand. I just don't think our bowling is up to scratch though. Tsotsobe sucks frankly, haven't seen much good from Hendricks and Albie and Morne have both been getting the stick...

That is twice now they had no chance in hell and still made it anyway. Just enough to let you hope the next time and be disappointed again. Hopefully not though.
Hopefully Sri Lanka pummels England and New Zealand horribly.

Doppleganger then. The real Hamin fancies himself an Aussie now, but the stank of this place never washes off.
