Thanks I found what I was looking for. You need to use Nero Vission and not express or Smart Start. Nero 8 is not user friendly.

If you have Vista, Click Start, then Games, then right click Crysis and say "play DX9".

Dont play it on DX10, watch the FPS SOAR! Seriously, your not missing out on anything, if you want it to run better, play it DX9 mode, I do that and can run on High graphics.

I have a 19", and my max resolution is 1280x1024, which even on that it lags at times. This game is a machine people, it is no surprise little of us can play it on very high, let alone high.

Here ss the answer to your question: don't waste your time with DX10 until it increases performance, because if it doesn't increase performance, its architecture is just as useless.

Yea, I really thought the 8800gts 320 would run Crysis better, but all is well for me .

Multiplayer on Crysis is extremely fun, but because of SGS's pathetic moderator, it isnt even getting close to it's true potential.
