I have upgraded my rig with new MOBO (Intel DG33FB) and CPU (Intel core 2 Quad 2,4GHz) :D . I started the installation of Win XP (Win XP SP1) and formatted the C drive. Slasher,

That is also true, the angle of cut is important, becasue the drill should scrape the acrylic away.

Blunt bits wont grab the material and cause it to shatter.

Remember to drill on a solid surface to lessen the movement of the material.

Dear Slasher, What the salesman probably meant was that one is a "cast" product and the other is an "extruded" product. The difference is that the cast product is more forgiving, where the extruded has a lot of "stress" in it due to the manufacturing process. To answer ...
