I like windows xp home. I used it for long time It might be old but it serves my needs. I also don't use beta or rc versions of any OS. I have oldish games and no need to have the latest and greatest cards or boards etc because I am more a console person now.

Ok. More ram might be useless for me. I have 4 gigs already. I try the other suggestions. I did benchmark it and got over 150 frames per second.

I timed all the time now and it is consistently faster. No idea why. I did also change the boot up priority to be the hard drive and dvd drive only. I also uninstalled the dvd program that came with the card. It as always done this to me. Every time I have bought a new card a day or two later it boo...

sheesh... just touching the yahoo mail site with either FF or opera produces reams of scripting errors.... now i know why it's known for being touchy... :lol: after digging through opera bugs, it turns out that yahoo intentionally targets opera, which requires that each opera client attempt to mask...

I do have a gmail account and might use it more often now. I use my yahoo account fairly often because I have yahoo messenger in it to chat to overseas people that I know. It is not a standard yahoo account.

Ok. I going to try get hold of Yahoo again on their form. I have a long list of complaints for them about my account.

I checked now and everything is enabled. In Firefox I can post but with great difficulty and IE6 a little better and still battle to post. It is the only site that does this.

Ok. I have to check that. It is annoying. I also noticed when I try post in one website I go to that if I use Opera I can never post.

what version of opera are you using? made any fw/av changes lately? You could create your yahoo account in outlook if you know their pop3 or smtp servers... opera includes a mail client... this still sounds like a cookie issue.. <OT'ish> has everyone upgraded their opera in the last few days or som...

I managed to narrow it down. It is blocking email from 3 people. Two are from clients and one is from Maxxis. I don't have anyone listed on my block list so not sure what is happening with these 3 emails.
