Thanks - I tried but did not find anything. I have tried a similar tactic before, Google usually comes through for me, but not this time. Also more specifically, in Vista sidebar there is a "Stock Quotes" gadget. I want to be able to get South African stock quotes displayed in that gadget ...

Vista Sidebar Stock Quotes

Does anyone know a website where you can get South African stock quotes? I've tried Yahoo and Bloomberg, here is an example company you can try: Famous Brands, list name FBR.

My only problem with Firefox is that my back and forward buttons don't work with it. Anyone have a hack? And how about Mobile Browsers? I've tried IE Mobile, Opera Mobile and Nokia's browser. Must say I actually like IE Mobile and Nokia's browser. Used to be a big fan of Opera Mobile, but it's not f...

Browsers

I'm sure most of us are Firefox fans, although I switch between IE7, Firefox, Opera and now..... Safari! Apple have released Safari for Windows, check it out at http://www.apple.com . We should be able to add polls to topics, but what is your favourite browser? It must be runnable on Windows XP, Vis...

Have you tried a partition manager? Specialised programs usually do the trick.

True. I have swapped everything around at the back of my pc and it all works dandy. Very odd - will need to investigate this further. Although I have seen this answer on other forums as well with successful results, so a warning: be careful how you plug in your keyboard and your mouse!

Taken out keyboard and it works... weird as I have used this keyboard for over a year and I have never had this problem...

Thanks oukie, your answer seems to be the one on numerous forums. What's the root cause though?

Thanks for the advice, but as I said I don't need a new screen. Is the Logitech keyboard and mouse the best out there, and not necessarily for gaming purposes? What about the Logitech DiNovo Edge?

es I know what a public_html folder is. I was asking you how big this one is. And yes the cPanel question is very valid, perhaps you could access it from there. I can access the public_html from cpanel, but the problem is that you can only upload single files up from cpanel, and then only like 12 a...

True. I don't plan to overclock. I generally do the following:

Programming
Mathematical Analysis and other things to this effect
Word processing (reports etc - i.e. a lot of this)
Internet
Movies
Games on the very rare occasion - i.e. every 3 - 4 months
Listening to music
