But you don't have to copy it, just don't keep it on your Windows partition. My steam directory is D:\media\steam.

Yip used those settings and got between 50 & 60 FPS. Actually tried it just now again to make sure and yeah.
(well i'm assuming it is at 16x AF, slider is all the way to the right at least...)

But unlike a lot of other games. You don't need to play for ages to rank up, it happens quite fast, I got Lvl 55 in about 2 weeks.

And these are the same people that want to close the coffee shops...

There is a profiles folder in your installation folder, just back that up and copy it back afterwards. Just make sure you use the same cd key

I just copied the players folder to a safe place, when i reinstalled i just copied it back and it works perfectly!! But then again that was my original profile with my cdkey. Lucky *******, I have tried ubuntu, kubuntu, and that google flavour one (gos-live) that doesn't look too promising all gives me a black screen after clicking on the install...

Setups I always have in custom slots:

Mp5 with silencer, claymores , stopping power, dead quiet
G3 with silencer, claymores, uav jammer. dead quiet
AK47 with red dot, frag x3, stopping power, deep impact

the other two slots change a lot, trying out new combo's etc.
